THE OPPORTUNITY

PeaceHealth is seeking a General Surgeon to join our growing team in Florence, Oregon. This is an outstanding opportunity for a surgeon looking for a broad and rewarding practice, combining clinic, operating room, endoscopy, and call responsibilities within a supportive Critical Access Hospital environment. You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, the ability to expand local surgical services, and an exceptional coastal lifestyle just minutes from the Pacific Ocean.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Board Certified General Surgeon MD/DO

• Call Coverage

• Perform a broad range of general surgery procedures

• Comfortable practicing independently without on-site surgical backup

 • Ability to help expand local surgical services

• Experience working in a rural or critical access environment

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & BALANCE

• First Year Salary: $565,958 for 1.0FTE

• Call: $1,200/ 24 hours
