Clinical Program Manager RN - Command Center

Responsibilities The Clinical Program Manager, RN is responsible for using evidence, technology, and internal and external constituent feedback to evaluate, plan, develop, operationalize future department and organizational needs, and evaluate a wide variety of clinical and department activities, programs, and initiatives. This role will lead, serve as an expert resource, and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and external colleagues to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of each component of the STOC's program. It will seek wide representation to collectively create, implement, and evaluate the processes necessary on an ongoing basis to reach effective clinical and programmatic quality outcomes. The role will oversee effective compliance with regulatory, human resource, and other organizational requirements in an efficient and highly reliable manner. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. If the bachelor’s degree is not in Nursing, then the master’s degree must be in Nursing. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. Driving may be necessary; proof of driver license and auto insurance may be required. 3 years of Leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or closely related field (degree earned, or actively in process). Coursework/Training: If Master’s degree does not have an educational focus, additional educational academic experience. 5 years of experience in nursing education, including program planning and execution. 5 years of experience in large, complex program management roles, preferably within a healthcare setting.
