Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse - $2,026 per week

TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Emergency Department role in Dyersville, Iowa. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel We are looking for Emergency Room RNs with 1‑2 years recent acute care experience. RNs should be comfortable in a fast‑paced, urgent environment. Provide basic bedside care. Clean and bandage wounds. Provide IV therapy. Maintain supplies and medical equipment. Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies. Other responsibilities include: Evaluate, triage and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions. Document medical history, allergies, vital signs, and monitor patients’ emotional and physical well‑being. Perform minor medical operations, advise patients and families on illnesses or injuries, and plan long‑term care needs. Stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds when necessary. Requirements* : ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP, 2 years acute care nursing experience. Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
