WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced clinical leader to join our team. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a fully staffed department, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients. We are looking for a hands-on leader who values accountability and has a deep understanding of the populations we serve.
- Salary: $105,000-$115,000
- Full-time, exempt
- Reports to CFO/Executive Leadership
- Oversees team of 12 including Assistant Director, BIS staff, QIDPs, Speech Pathologists, and consultants
- Fully staffed department
- Responsible for clinical operations, admissions, ABA programming, compliance, and leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Oversee admissions processes and ensure appropriate placement and support for individuals.
- Develop and implement ABA programming and Behavior Support Plans.
- Provide leadership and supervision to a team of 12, including Assistant Director, BIS staff, QIDPs, Speech Pathologists, and consultants.
- Ensure adherence to Human Rights, informed consent, and regulatory compliance processes.
Requirements
- Active BCBA, LCSW, or LMSW
- Strong OPWDD experience required
- Experience with IDD/Autism populations
- Background in residential and/or day habilitation programs
- Experience developing and overseeing Behavior Support Plans and ABA programming
- Prior clinical leadership and staff supervision experience
- Knowledge of Human Rights, informed consent, and regulatory compliance processes
