Chipotle - 13300 Rittenhouse Drive - Responsibilities: Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served; Help to resolve food quality issues and customer incidents; Support food safety including hand washing/glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, shelf life monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist; Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules; develop and cross-train front of house crew; Assist with Crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders
