Regional Banker/Teller

Position Overview As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Pensacola, Florida. You will manage the customer experience, identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, create loyalty, and increase share of wallet. You will collaborate with ecosystem partners and drive new revenue through proactive sales and service activities. Responsibilities Partner with customers to identify and execute proactive sales conversations. Lead outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with each client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
