Our client is seeking a dedicated Chemist to join their innovative team. As a Chemist, you will be an integral part of the Research & Development department supporting multiple projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Complete formulas and monitor their stability throughout development processes
• Make necessary adjustments to formulas to meet product specifications
• Create prototype formulas and perform modifications as needed
• Provide innovative solutions to challenges encountered during product development
• Collaborate with various support groups within R&D to ensure project success

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Team-player attitude with a positive outlook
