What We’re Looking For Experience : A strong interest in kitchen and bath design, interior design, architecture, or working with a design/build firm. Skills : Strong understanding of design principles, layouts, and an eye for detail. Familiarity with 20/20 design software is a plus but not required. Communication : You should be able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the design team to ensure smooth project execution.
