Marketing Manager

A growing national company headquartered in Metro Detroit is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead content development and execute strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, expand audience engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making, requiring a marketer who can develop compelling content, manage multi-channel campaigns, and optimize performance through analytics and insights. The Marketing Manager will oversee content creation, social media strategy, digital marketing efforts, and campaign execution while ensuring alignment with broader business goals. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and analytical—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly turn ideas into impactful campaigns, and uses data to continuously refine and improve results. They are a self-starter with strong communication skills, a passion for brand building, and a proven ability to drive measurable marketing outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies aligned with brand goals Produce short-form and long-form video, graphics, and written content Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility Track KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, ROAS) and prepare performance reports Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform strategy Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and external partners or influencers Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred) 1–3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) Basic design and/or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) Knowledge of SEO best practices Strong analytical and organizational skills Preferred Skills Experience growing brand accounts organically On-camera presence for video content Email marketing and automation experience Influencer or partnership campaign experience A portfolio showcasing previous content work Creative thinking Strategic mindset Adaptability in fast-paced environments Compensation Commensurate with Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
