We’re looking for a motivated, upbeat, detail-driven Customer Care Coordinator to help guide our customers through one of the most exciting upgrades they’ll make to their home. Why Join Us? As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll ensure homeowners are scheduled quickly and accurately after a sale, helping create a smooth transition to the next phase of their project. What You’ll Do As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for scheduling in-home Measure Technician appointments after a sale has been completed. You will serve as the main point of coordination between Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams during evening and weekend hours. You’ll help keep scheduling accurate and efficient by: Scheduling in-home Measure Technician appointments with homeowners Receiving and processing scheduling requests from Design Consultants in the field Communicating with homeowners to confirm appointment times and details Entering and updating scheduling information in systems such as rForce and Salesforce Resolving scheduling conflicts and making adjustments as needed Maintaining accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records Ensuring clear communication between sales and operations teams Supporting timely scheduling during evening and weekend shiftsHelping ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation planning Our Ideal Team Member You take pride in doing things correctly and keeping everything organized. Minimum Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
