Emergency Room RN Ratios: 1:4 Years of experience REQ: Minimum of 2 Years ER experience First-timers accepted: Yes Holiday shifts and Charge RN assignments as needed per unit. Weekend REQ: 8 weekend shifts in Saint Luke's 6-week schedule period, combination of F/S/S. Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC. CPI and MAB preferred. Skills REQ: Work Settings: General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi. Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure. IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Central line care/management. MEDICATIONS: Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors. Respiratory: CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilated patients. Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions Triage. Skills Preferred: Work Settings: STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility. Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias. IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Arterial line management. Respiratory: Interpretation of ABGs. Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Typical ED patient diagnosis, occasional OB patients and may require management of mother/baby until transferred out.
