A few details about the role:

• Drive residents safely to scheduled destinations. Tracks assigned pick-ups and drop offs to ensure timely service.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicles as warranted.
• Provide for high level of resident engagement.
• Create, plan, and coordinate all routes for maximum efficiency and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operating condition of the bus and automobiles. Schedule maintenance service on vehicles as necessary.
• Develop driver schedules to meet the demand needs of the residents. Responsible for making substitutions and adjusting schedules as necessary. Determine vehicle choice and driver assignments for trips.
• Provide hands-on/on-the-job training to new drivers. Provides skill set retraining as assigned by supervisor.

And here's what you need to apply:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
• Two to three years of applicable experience.
• Valid class B commercial driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record, no traffic violations.
