The position works closely with case management and follows guidance from nursing supervisors to support resident care plans. Qualifications:

- Must provide two professional references from two different places of employment
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Texas with at least 6 months of preferred nursing experience in acute care, LTC, public health, or community clinic settings
- Experience with dual-diagnosis and behavioral health is a plus
- Valid photo ID and current CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Must pass urine drug screening, background check, and fingerprinting
