Job Title

Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Coverage Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services primarily to an adult patient population
• Perform neuro diagnostics and respiratory assessments as assigned
• Work predominantly night shifts with occasional day shift coverage as needed
• Participate in every-other-weekend coverage rotation
• Adhere to facility protocols, compliance requirements, and emergency response expectations as directed by unit management

Required Qualifications

• Active Louisiana State Respiratory Therapy License (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Valid RRT or CRT certification
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy specialty
• Must reside more than 65 miles from the facility address (as indicated on driver's license)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with adult patient populations in a hospital setting
• Prior travel therapy experience (first-time travelers will be considered)
