⚡ THE ROLE

This is a field-based, hunter-style aftermarket sales role focused on: Service agreements (CSA) Parts revenue growth Preventing downtime before it happens You are not inside sales. You are not order-taking. You own a territory. You build relationships. You drive revenue through insight—not pressure.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO:

Walk customer sites daily and identify equipment risk before failure Turn service work into long-term maintenance contracts Grow parts + service revenue across your territory Build relationships with operators, techs, and leadership Prospect new business through consistent field activity + outreach Expectation: 15 in-person touchpoints/day 5 outbound calls/day

You’ve sold in parts, service, or industrial environments Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent successful track record in industrial sales. You have a valid driver’s license & the ability to safely operate lift trucks for demos. You’re comfortable with cold outreach + field prospecting You have mechanical awareness (you can “see” problems early) You prefer autonomy over hand-holding You want income tied to your effort—not capped potential
