CNA - LTC - Mitchell, SD
Active South Dakota CNA certification required. Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. PointClickCare (PCC) charting experience required/preferred.
Responsibilities include assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility; obtaining and documenting vital signs; observing and reporting changes in resident condition; assisting with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation; maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; supporting restorative and rehabilitative care plans; documenting care accurately in the electronic medical record; following infection prevention and safety protocols; communicating effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team; and delivering compassionate, high-quality care that enhances residents' quality of life.
