Responsibilities Assist with the installation of residential and commercial gutter systems Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Measure, cut, and assemble gutter components under the direction of experienced installers Safely use ladders, hand tools, and power tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with gutter repairs, replacements, and maintenance projects Follow company safety procedures and job site guidelines Provide professional and courteous service to customers Perform other duties as assigned to support the installation team Requirements Valid Driver's License required Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and working outdoors Comfortable working at heights Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively as part of a team Construction, roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Paid on-the-job training Full-time employment Flexible scheduling Opportunity to learn a valuable trade and grow within the company Supportive, family-oriented work environment Steady work with a growing local business Why Join Stormy Mountain Exteriors?
