Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedic Rehab Buckeye, Arizona We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic contract in Buckeye, Arizona . This opportunity is with a busy outpatient clinic serving a diverse and engaging patient population. Position Highlights Outpatient Orthopedic Setting 13-Week Travel Contract Full-Time Schedule 60-Minute Evaluations 30-Minute Follow-Up Visits Works alongside an experienced PT and 2 PTAs Buckeye, Arizona Start Date: 9/14/26 End Date: 12/15/26 Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs. Treat outpatient orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general musculoskeletal conditions. Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions. Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies. Collaborate with the clinic team to support strong patient outcomes.
