Locations: Pittsgrove, NJ or Linwood, NJ

Pay: $26–$38/hour (based on experience) + Monthly Bonuses + Spiffs

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues, including:
• No heat
• No air conditioning
• Poor cooling performance
• Fan-only operation
• Water leaks
• Unusual noises and system malfunctions
• Service and repair:
• Furnaces
• Boilers
• Condensers
• Package units
• Evaporator coils
• Humidifiers
• Water heaters
• Circulators
• Zone controls
• Heat pumps
• Air handlers
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call

What You Need

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• EPA Type I & II Certification required
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR review

Please Note: Maintenance-only experience in apartment, university, or facility settings does not qualify for this position. Candidates must have hands-on residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Manufacturer certifications
• Experience servicing Trane, Carrier, Mitsubishi, and similar residential systems

Schedule

• On-call rotation approximately every 7 days
• Schedules provided roughly one month in advance
• Dispatch from home available 2–3 times per week
