Assist in maintaining inventory levels of sterile supplies and equipment. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely availability of instruments. Perform quality checks on sterilization processes. Participate in ongoing education and training as required. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks. Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively within a healthcare team.
