Job Description

Direct Care Worker

Will need to be able to cook meals and clean homes
Will need to assist with bathing and transferring
Give medications
Establish a caring, therapeutic relationship with clients
Implements individualized treatment plans with clients goals
Respond appropriately during a behavior crisis
Be able to defuse and de-escalate behavior outburst
Maintain confidentiality of client information
Provide appropriately level of supervision to assigned clients
Provide transportation for clients to appointments, programs, and scheduled activities
Must have a high drivers license
Must have transportation
Must have a high school diploma
Need full time and part time workers
Must be able to work every other weekend
Need 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift workers
Need 8am-8pm & 8pm-8am on weekends
