Remote Marketing Researcher II

A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Researcher II to join their team for a remote role. Candidates can reside anywhere in the US. Summary: The Market Research Contractor will support the Services organization within QuickBooks, focused on Workforce and Money offerings. This role will execute DIY research projects - both qualitative and quantitative - and help build out standardized processes and templates to make research execution faster and more consistent across the team. This role will also help the team explore and adopt AI best practices in research. This is a hands-on, execution focused role best suited for someone who enjoys building surveys, running studies independently, and creating repeatable tools that others can use. Our client's QuickBooks is a leading financial software company that helps businesses in managing their finances. The Services team supports QuickBooks Workforce (payroll, HR, and workforce management tools) and Money products (banking, payments, and cash flow offerings). Responsible for the following:

• Programming and launching surveys in Qualtrics for ad-hoc research needs
• Supporting qualitative research efforts (e.g., recruiting, moderating or note-taking for interviews, synthesizing findings)
• Building standardized survey templates to streamline future research requests
• Partnering with stakeholders across the Services org to scope quick-turn research requests
• Cleaning, analyzing, and summarizing research data to support internal reporting
• Exploring and piloting AI skills within the research workflow, and helping document best practices for the broader team and organization
• Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure all objectives are met
• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field is required or equivalent experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics, including advanced survey logic (branching, display logic, randomization), embedded data, piped text, and quotas
• Strong research background and knowledge of different methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, to ensure projects are conducted effectively
• Proficiency with general data analysis tools (SPSS, DisplayR, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.), basic statistical analysis and data visualization
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools to support research work, with interest in helping establish best practices for the team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Ability to work independently and project management skills to conduct multiple projects simultaneously
