Primary Responsibilities:

• Assemble, organize, audit & bill group accounts, communicate with Group Contact, Event Service Manager, Front Desk, Reservations, Food & Beverage and/or all other departments
• Answer guest inquiries via calls and emails
• Revise group & guest accounts
• Assist in collecting outstanding balance accounts & auditing trial balance reports for group and individual guests
• Balancing other reports and system accounts

Normal Working Hours:

8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Past Work Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 years accounting experience preferred
• General knowledge of office equipment

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• 1-2 years in an accounting field

Communication Skills Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate professionally with guests and co-workers by phone, in person and in writing
