What You’ll Do: Define and evolve a cohesive digital content strategy that reflects a dynamic, experience-driven brand. Shape how content is expressed across platforms, ensuring it is intentional, elevated, and aligned with a broader brand narrative. Translate business objectives into content initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable audience action. Identify opportunities to test, pilot, and innovate across emerging formats, channels, and trends. Own the Full Content Experience Oversee planning and execution of digital content across all touchpoints, ensuring quality, consistency, and creative excellence. Establish a storytelling approach that balances overarching brand alignment with localized relevance. Partner cross-functionally and with external creators to develop compelling content, including short-form video and integrated campaigns. Ensure content remains fresh, culturally relevant, and aligned with evolving audience expectations. Elevate Performance Through Insight Define success metrics and leverage performance data to continuously refine content strategy and execution. Analyze performance to identify opportunities for increased engagement and overall impact. Apply a test-and-learn approach across channels, optimizing creative, timing, and delivery. Align content strategy with broader marketing and organizational goals. Lead & Guide a Growing Team Manage and mentor a team of digital contributors across multiple marketing disciplines. Build structure, processes, and workflows that support high-quality output while enabling creativity. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and forward-thinking team environment. Support the ongoing development and evolution of in-house content capabilities. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field of study Extensive experience leading digital content strategy and brand storytelling within complex, multi-channel environments. Proven ability to develop and execute content initiatives that balance creative vision with measurable business impact. Hands-on experience building and guiding content across key digital channels, including social, email, and web. Strong fluency across digital and marketing technology platforms (e.g., CMS, email marketing tools, social platforms, analytics tools), with the ability to evaluate effectiveness, identify gaps, and optimize performance across the ecosystem. Experience leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on building scalable workflows, fostering collaboration, and elevating output quality. Deep understanding of audience-first, experience-driven content strategies that drive engagement and meaningful interaction. Ability to think strategically while also operating at a tactical level—comfortable leading vision while staying close to execution.
