Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full Time LPN to join our healthcare team at the Lee County Jail in Georgia. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who wants to use their clinical skills in a setting where every shift brings the chance to make a meaningful difference.
\nAs an LPN, you will provide compassionate, patient-focused care while working alongside a dedicated correctional healthcare team.
What You'll Do\n- \n
- Provide nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting \n
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions \n
- Respond to urgent and routine medical needs \n
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care \n
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation \n
- Follow established policies, procedures, and standards of care \n
- Maintain a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment \n
