Total compensation potential for this Occupational Therapy position is:

OTR = $80/hour ($20/unit) and $150/eval

COTA = $65/hour ($16.25 unit)

Location: 22122 20th Avenue SE, Suite H-158, Bothell, WA 98021

Schedule: Afternoon/evening hours needed: 4pm or 5pm to 7pm up to 5 nights a week as desired

Requirements:

• 1+ years in pediatrics preferred (not required however)

Qualifications of this Occupational Therapy position include the following:

• Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy preferred but not mandatory
• Washington State license in Occupational Therapy
• OTR or COTA
• Passion for changing the lives of others
