Full-Time Client Service Representative (CSR)

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team! As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Scheduling appointments, managing patient check-ins/check-outs, and processing payments.
• Educating clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
• Assisting in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Working collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
• Passion for animals and a commitment to client education.

Schedule: Full-time with rotating Saturdays.
