You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.01 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, disturbances, and access-related concerns. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Monitor access points and help maintain authorized entry procedures for staff, visitors, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with site policies. Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
