Print Press Operator - Screen Printing

Job Description Job Description Position Summary The Screen-Printing Press Operator plays a key role in producing high‐quality printed textiles by operating, managing, and maintaining screen printing presses in a fast‐paced production environment. This role is responsible for executing production orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring consistent quality standards, and supporting overall workflow through strong communication, teamwork, and problem‐solving. Key Responsibilities Operate and manage textile screen printing presses to meet daily production goals Execute production orders with speed, precision, and consistency Perform efficient screen setups, including alignment, registration, and ink preparation Monitor and maintain press supplies such as inks, screens, emulsions, and related materials Conduct quality control checks to ensure all prints meet company standards Communicate production issues promptly and collaborate with supervisors to resolve them Train, guide, and support press assistants to ensure smooth workflow Promote and uphold safety, efficiency, and productivity on the production floor Partner with leadership to troubleshoot equipment and improve printing processes Qualifications & Skills Screen printing or screen‐making experience preferred Experience working with production inks is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment Solid communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly and maintain productivity under changing priorities Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Employment Type & Compensation This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position Pay rate is $19.50–$24.00/hr (Based on Experience) Application Window: Open until filled Work Schedule 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Saturdays as needed 2nd Shift: · Monday–Thursday | 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM · Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM · Saturdays as needed Benefits Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Bereavement Leave Retirement, 401(k) Personal Advancement Employer Information This position is being recruited by NCW on behalf of a client company.
