We're Hiring!We are looking for talented people to join our team.The Direct Support Professional (DSP) works with people and their teams to support each person in making day-to-day choices that lead to a greater independent life and to participate in and contribute to community life. A successful DSP seeks to understand all aspects such as but not limited to; the likes, dislikes, hopes and dreams of persons receiving services to support them as part of a team as they make choices and progress towards their goals.RHCL is staffed by Professional Managers, Community Registered Nurses, Office Personnel, Residential Coordinators, and Direct Support Professionals.
