Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit. The RN will provide high-level care to patients with progressive conditions, ensuring safety and support throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes in condition to healthcare team.
• Conduct hourly safety rounding and bedside shift reports.
• Participate in decision-making about patient care and contribute to the care plan.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Hold an active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of PCU or ICU nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
