This full-time, on-site contract position offers the chance to work closely with a diverse student population at a single school location (site to be finalized). You’ll be making a meaningful impact as a key member of a collaborative educational team dedicated to the success of each child.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist Assistant licensure in Texas is required
• Experience or strong interest in school-based settings, working with K-12 students
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60-65 students, delivering interventions and documenting progress
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued
• Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Must complete or verify fingerprinting through TEA (allow up to 10 business days for processing)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services according to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under the supervision and guidance of a licensed SLP
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education professionals, and families to optimize student success
• Assist with assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Adapt activities and materials for students from kindergarten through high school
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation as required by the district
