New Way Ford Coon Rapids in Coon Rapids, IA is looking for a sales consultant to join its new and used car sales team. This role is great for those with automotive sales experience or strong sales experience in other industries. You'll be working with customers to understand what they need and connect them with the right vehicle, whether that's something off the new lot or a quality pre-owned option. What You'll Do

• Meet customers as they arrive, understand what they're looking for, and guide them toward the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
• Arrange test drives for all prospective buyers and follow dealership protocol for identification verification
• Walk customers through vehicle features, performance specs, and available options across both new and pre-owned inventory
• Hit monthly sales targets set by the sales manager and hold yourself accountable to consistent performance
• Review your numbers at the end of each day, week, and month to identify where to improve
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the full Ford new vehicle lineup and pre-owned inventory

What We're Looking For

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred; strong candidates from other sales backgrounds will be considered
• Solid customer service, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work as part of a sales team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Must be willing to complete a background check
