We are a dedicated team that share our mission and our culture of safe and compassionate care.How you'll contributeA Cat Scan (CT) Technician who excels in this role:Provides computed tomography (CT) imaging in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.Reviews patient history and physician's orders.Educates patients on procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation.Prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice when ordered.Monitors patient condition and responds to changes appropriately.Prepares equipment and supplies; implements safety standards and performs quality control checks.Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions.Positions patients and performs imaging procedures.Analyzes imaging results, identifies quality issues, and takes corrective action, including repositioning patients and repeating procedures if needed.Enters, transmits, and reports scan results.Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts/units as needed.Maintains regular and reliable attendance.Performs other duties as assigned.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
