Job Description

Visiting Nurse Association of SEMO is looking for an In-Home LPN (Pay Per Visit)

The In-Home program assists adults in maintaining themselves in their homes despite a decrease in ability.

In-home nursing provides weekly medication setup, Diabetic and anticoagulant nail care, biannual general health assessments, checks of vital signs, and supervision of aides performing advanced personal care tasks in the home.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age

Have at least one year of nursing experience preferred, and a Missouri nursing license.

Must have reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance.

Must pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, be registered w/Family Care Registry

Must not be listed on Employee Disqualification List (EDL)

Must complete an application in full and furnish at least 2 credible business references with correct addresses and telephone numbers.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 35.
