Speech-Language Pathologist Continuum Therapy Partners brings a therapist-led approach to scale. Founded by industry veterans who spent twenty years striving for a more responsive therapy environment, we have successfully expanded from our initial 9 North Carolina facilities to a national footprint of 285 locations spanning 16 states. Our growth is fueled by our commitment to those who provide the care: our Speech-Language Pathologists. We recognize that our patients and our company rely entirely on the expertise and dedication of our team members. We are currently looking for Speech-Language Pathologists who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective. Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety Speech-Language Pathologist Benefits & Schedule: Schedule: PRN-Daytime Locations: Westwood Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center- Poplar Bluff, MO #J-18808-Ljbffr Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC
