Position Summary...

A Market Health & Wellness Director will lead the teams and performance of 10-12 pharmacy and optical locations. This position is a unique opportunity to elevate your healthcare experience to an operational role and influence the patient experience for a larger community.

What you'll do...

• Ensure an outstanding patient experience by recruiting and supporting healthcare professionals, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering trusted patient relationships.

• Develop and implement service standards that align with patient needs, resolve complaints, and support patient services.

• Build strong relationships with your team of healthcare providers by creating a supportive practice environment and responding to their needs.

• Drive business growth by analyzing market trends, collaborating with management, and executing sales and marketing strategies.

• Oversee financial performance by meeting sales and profit goals, controlling expenses, and guiding managers in financial planning.

• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies, oversee safety and quality assurance, and provide training on procedures and HIPAA.

• Attract and retain top talent through recruitment, development, mentorship, and succession planning.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
