Every store location is in a shopping center you must be willing to work nights and weekends for consideration. The ability to relocate can accelerate promotions but is not required. Duties and Responsibilities: Recruit and develop team members Drive sales and achieve targets Train and mentor associates Process transactions accurately Other duties as needed Competitive base pay with an aggressive bonus program.
