Receptionist United Talent Staffing is immediately hiring a receptionist for a company in Cross Lanes, WV! We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized individual who enjoys helping others and creating a positive first impression. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and basic office experience. Job Duties Greet visitors and provide professional, friendly assistance. Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls. Take accurate messages and forward information to the appropriate team members. Perform basic data entry and computer-related tasks. Organize, maintain, and retrieve paper and electronic files. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, and other general office duties. Maintain a clean and organized reception and front-office area. Provide additional administrative support as needed. Pay and Schedule Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: 7:30 AM4:30 PM Location: Cross Lanes, WV Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional and friendly telephone etiquette. Basic computer skills. Basic filing and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience is preferred.
