Trust & Safety Analyst (III)

Work Location: Washington, D.C. - Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote)


Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Normal EST Hours

Top Responsibilities:
- Strategic Red Teaming: You will contribute to the team's efforts in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating high-complexity content risks.
- Developing and executing innovative red teaming strategies: Proactively identify emerging threats and design highly targeted testing approaches.
- Defining and developing new programs: Identify key areas for improvement and develop comprehensive program plans.
- Developing and promoting best practices: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to create and implement best practices for red teaming, threat assessment, and AI safety.
- This role may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and/or upsetting content.

Mandatory Skills or Qualifications / Minimum role qualifications requirement::
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
