Qualifications: Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license required Previous experience in school-based settings is highly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work with students across K-12, including elementary, middle, and high school populations Adept at individualized assessment, planning, and intervention for speech and language needs Collaborative, flexible approach to working with educators, families, and support staff Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language services to a varied caseload of students Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress Deliver direct and consultative therapy tailored to each students specific needs Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to advance each childs educational outcomes Document all services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements Contribute to school-wide initiatives and ongoing professional development Experience firsthand the fulfilling challenge of helping students communicate, learn, and thrive.
