Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM | Monday-Friday

This is what it takes to work for us (Requirements & Job Duties):

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently 100% of the workday to transport glass products between the warehouse, production, and assembly areas.
• Deliver, move, stage, load, and unload windshields, sunroofs, and other glass materials to support production schedules.
• Inspect glass products for defects, damage, cleanliness, and overall quality before and during the production process.
• Clean windshields and glass components using an alcohol-based solution to remove excess adhesive and other contaminants.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies related to forklift operation, material handling, and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain an organized work area and ensure materials are properly stored and delivered to designated locations.
• Cross-train and assist with assembly operations as needed, including installing clips, weather stripping, and other components onto windshields and sunroofs.
• Meet production and quality standards while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Stand and remain on feet for extended periods throughout the entire shift.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, grasp, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements while handling materials and performing assembly tasks.
• Safely handle fragile glass products and maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent damage.
• Lift and carry up to 35-40 pounds independently on a regular basis.
• Participate in team lifts for materials weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Demonstrate reliability, safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
