Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Analyst

Kforce is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Analyst with extensive experience supporting core financial functions and strong working knowledge of integrated supply chain and procurement processes. This role requires a self-directed professional who can convert complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions and support delivery efforts end to end. Responsibilities: * Lead functional solution design, configuration, and implementation for Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting, and Receipt Accounting * Apply functional knowledge across Inventory Management, Product Management, Self-Service Procurement, and Purchasing * Review and validate end-to-end accounting flows to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards * Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to support integrations, accounting events, and consistent data flow * Gather and document requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend solutions aligned with Oracle best practices * Convert business processes into functional designs and Oracle Cloud configurations * Support system implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives * Create and maintain functional design documents, business process flows, and solution specifications * Support reporting and analytics using OTBI and Oracle Analytics Cloud * Manage data conversion and migration activities using FBDI templates * Diagnose functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage Oracle Service Requests * Participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles * Develop user documentation, training materials, and deliver end-user training * Ensure SOX compliance and audit requirements are met * Assist with project planning, cross-team communication, stakeholder updates, and coordination with third-party vendors* Advanced functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials applications * Strong understanding of how financial modules integrate with supply chain operations * Experience working with Subledger Accounting (SLA), including accounting rules and derivations * High-level analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues and resolve complex functional challenges * Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly across business and technical teams * Comfortable operating independently while balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
