- Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices
- Administer therapeutic activities and exercises
- Assess and document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients and their families
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members
- Document all required information in the electronic documentation system
- Participate in required meetings and training sessions
- Supervise and support occupational therapist assistants and aides
- Adhere to NBCOT/AOTA and state practice acts and ethics
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- OT license in Texas - Required
- LTC or Rehab Experience - Required
- New Grads OKAY with Level II experience
