- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support mobility and safe ambulation
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Plan and prepare meals
- Assist with errands and grocery shopping
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene tasks
- Knowledge of personal care and basic housekeeping (or willingness to learn)
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- A respectful, patient, and ethical approach to care
- Experience as a caregiver preferred but not required
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle and a clean driving record
- 90-day performance review with opportunity for a raise
