This facility provides dedicated radiation oncology services within a structured outpatient clinic environment. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and appropriate on-site resources to support coordinated oncology patient management throughout the coverage period. Infrastructure is in place to accommodate locum tenens clinicians during day shift coverage, with the facility managing the enrollment process for credentialing.

The assignment area offers clinicians access to a range of outdoor recreational and cultural attractions suited to varied interests. Water-based activities including kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing are available at a local lake, which also features nature trails, while cycling routes along vineyard roads provide additional outdoor options. A regional park in the area offers green space alongside a zoo, a Japanese garden, and amusement rides, and a science museum as well as a county historical museum are available for cultural and educational exploration. Ecological preserves in the surrounding area serve as destinations for birdwatching, and the region is home to numerous wineries and vineyards.

The radiation oncologist will provide clinic-based outpatient radiation oncology services Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with call coverage listed as negotiable. Clinical responsibilities include managing 20-30 patients on beam per day and 20-24 clinic patients per day, utilizing IMRT, IGRT, and SBRT modalities with treatment delivery supported by the Varian Ethos system and Elekta Mosaiq treatment planning system. Board certification in Radiation Oncology, prescriptive authority, and an active state medical license are required; hospital credentialing is anticipated within 30-45 days, and the facility will enroll the clinician. An active state license is required prior to candidate submission.
