Pediatric Physical Therapist

Responsibilities Screen and evaluate children using standardized test, clinical observations and caregiver inquires. Establish & implement individualized treatment program including child’s history, strengths, weaknesses, therapeutic interventions & goals. Reassess child’s performance on an ongoing basis and adjust treatment program accordingly. Consult and educate caregivers to enhance the implementation of the treatment program. Participate as an active member within a multidisciplinary team. Provide accurate and timely documentation (daily, monthly & annual evaluation & discharged summary). Participate in ongoing continuing education to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
