Contract Specialist

Job Description Savin Engineers is seeking for Contract Specialist for long term project in lower Manhattan. Primarily performing contract specialist duties of a diverse nature requiring some independent analysis, exercise of judgment in task execution, and detailed knowledge of company procedures related to the work performed. Work may consist of a variety of duties in support of construction management operations. Responsiblities: Prepareand/or reviewepayment applications Perform desk audits of contractor billings, ensuring proper documentation is received from contractors for all aspects of the contract Preparemonthly reports, monitorecontracts, PrepareProject Meeting Minutes, Preparegeneral correspondence, schedulemeetings/ inspections, faxing, posting information to logs; maintaining databases, records and filing systems; making follow up calls and appointments; communicating by phone, email, and 2-way radio; monitoring inventory; and coordinating processes. Associate Degree in Business Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain a high SWAC clearance. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, One Drive, SharePoint, and SAP. Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
