Floater VA Caregiver Limited Full-Time (30-35 hours a week) Madison TN

All Heart Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Floater VA Caregivers to join our team serving clients throughout Madison TN and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius including Goodlettsville and North Nashville.

This is a Limited Full-Time position for caregivers who are flexible reliable and comfortable traveling between multiple client homes throughout the day. Caregivers can expect to work 6-12 hour shifts providing one-on-one non-medical care and support while ensuring continuity of care across assigned cases.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Mileage Reimbursement Provided

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance including transfers and ambulation support
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with company policies and state regulations
• Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment for clients
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or appropriate team member
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Travel between multiple client homes as assigned throughout the day
• Adapt to varying client needs and care plans while maintaining a high standard of care

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate dependable and patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
• Valid drivers license reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability and willingness to travel between client locations within a 50-mile service area
• Must be available to work weekdays including daytime and evening hours
• Must pass all required pre-employment screenings including background checks and drug screening
