Billing Coordinator
Activa Home Health is seeking a Billing Coordinator. The individual selected must have experience in healthcare revenue cycle with a strong knowledge of Medicare billing. This is an in-office full-time position for either Boynton Beach, Vero Beach, Maitland, or Ormond Beach locations.
Details:
- Medicare/Medicaid Billing
- Managed Care billing
- Home Health Claims processing
- ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding basics
- Prior authorization and eligibility verifications
- Knowledge of Home Health regulations and reimbursement
- Proficient in claims submission, Payment posting, Denial management, accounts receivable follow-up, Excel and data entry
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical billing preferably in home health
- EMR/EHR and billing software, such as, Kinnser/WellSky, Homecare Homebase or MatrixCare experience
- Proficient in: Claims submission, Payment posting, Denial management, Accounts receivable follow-up, Excel and data entry
